Joanna Spilker

Founder; J. Spilker & Associates, Host Committee Member; Clinton Foundation Millennium Network

Joanna has worked extensively in development with large and small organizations. Before founding J. Spilker & Associates, Joanna most recently served as Foundation and Corporate Relations Manager at the William J. Clinton Foundation. There, she was responsible for a multi-million dollar portfolio of organizational and individual donors, along with one of the largest sponsorships for the 2009 Clinton Global Initiative. Joanna represented the Foundation at the 2008 International AIDS Conference in Mexico City, the 2006 Slate 60 Conference in Little Rock, Arkansas and the 2008 Women's Forum on Economy and Society in Deauville, France. She also helped facilitate the Foundation's bi-annual trustee gatherings.

Prior lo law school, Joanna served as a Constituent Liaison in the New York Office of then-U.S. Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton. Joanna managed Senator Clinton's casework related to children and families, social services, and consumer issues. After September 11, 2001, her casework focused primarily on victims' families and employment issues related lo 9/11.

Originally from Southern California, Joanna earned a B.A. from Barnard College and then a J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School. She is a current member of the California Bar Association. Joanna currently splits her time between New York and Los Angeles.
