CGI IT
The IT Intern will work directly with the IT Manager and has four major roles. The first is to provide a first line of technical support for users. The second is to manage all technology needs for new hires; including laptop, phone, Blackberry, and Active Directory account configuration. The third is to act as the primary contact with T-Mobile in addressing Blackberry issues and feature changes. The fourth is to assist with major projects within the IT department. The CGI IT Intern will gain exposure to all aspects of running an IT department within an organization.
