CGI Sponsorship
The Sponsorship department secures funding from and manages the relationships with the many generous private philanthropists, foundations and corporations who underwrite a large portion of CGI’s operating costs. CGI is fortunate to enjoy the support of some of the most prestigious organizations in the world, including: The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, The Rockefeller Foundation, Microsoft, HP, Procter & Gamble, Cisco, Dell, and Walmart. The support of our sponsors is critical to our ability to convene the CGI Annual Meeting, CGI University, and other CGI events throughout the year.
Sponsorship interns will assist staff in the day-to-day management of the Sponsorship department, including: research of and outreach to potential sponsors, management of current sponsor relationships, and updating the organization's database via Raiser’s Edge.
