CHAI Volunteer Opportunities
CHAI relies on a team of dedicated volunteers to carry out much of its work, both on the ground in our partner countries and at our headquarters offices in the US. We seek professionals with an expertise in business, procurement, logistics, laboratory diagnostics, business/intellectual property law, HIV/AIDS clinical care, monitoring and evaluation of programs, quantitative analysis, computer programming, and communications.
Volunteers are critical to our mission and growth. From CHAI’s inception, volunteers have been core to our values and philosophy. Much of our success is due to their contributions.
Most of our volunteer opportunities are overseas (a six month commitment is preferred). Requests from our country programs range from a three month time commitment to up to one or two years.
CHAI provides basic support for our overseas volunteers to offset the cost of travel and daily living expenses.
