Opportunities to Build Professional Skills

There are multiple opportunities for interns to develop themselves professionally and to expand their technical knowledge. In addition to the skills learned at the internship proper (e.g. database management, writing briefs, etc.), there are seminars and sessions targeted towards professional development. In the past, there have been Excel seminars, video and multimedia sessions, guidance on how to build a website, career panels, career days, and resume, cover letter and interviewing workshops. Sessions will vary depending on intern interest and demand.

Building on a lifetime of public service, President Clinton established the William J. Clinton Foundation with the mission to improve global health, strengthen economies worldwide, promote healthier childhoods and health and wellness, and protect the environment. And President Clinton has redefined the way we think about giving and philanthropy through the Clinton Global Initiative, whose members have made nearly 2,300 commitments that are improving the lives of more than 400 million people in more than 180 countries.
