New York, NY—President Bill Clinton will travel to Haiti on January 12th to commemorate the third anniversary of the earthquake.
In the morning, President Clinton will travel to the Government of Haiti Memorial at the mass burial site at Morne St. Christophe. His visit is open press.
He will then travel to the Mission of Hope Leveque Housing Community in Leveque, where he will tour the site. Later, he will tour the Mission of Hope Agricultural and Technical Research Training Center. Both visits are open press.
In the afternoon, President Clinton will meet with President Michel Martelly and Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe. The meeting is closed press.
