Update - MEDIA ADVISORY: President Clinton to travel to Haiti

**NOTE: The Haiti Coffee Academy event has been added for Monday. Press interested in attending this event should e-mail press@clintonfoundation.org today to arrange transportation to the site**

On Monday, February 17th and Tuesday, February 18th, President Bill Clinton will be in Haiti.

The Clinton Foundation will provide transportation to reporters for these site visits. If you have an interest in covering the events and taking our transportation, please reply to press@clintonfoundation.org with your name and outlet as soon as possible.

Seats are limited. Requests will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.

President Clinton visits the Union Des Apotres – Prodev School

President Clinton will tour the school, solar installation and the garden, joined by David Crane, the CEO of NRG Energy, Maryse Kedar, Founder of Prodev,  Caroline Sada, President of Ayiti Natives, Pastor Jean Heleur and community leaders. The Clinton Foundation has been working with the school to support tree planting and gardening activities.

President Clinton visits Haiti Coffee Academy and makes an announcement

President Clinton will tour the academy and the tree nursery area. The Coffee Academy is designed as a space for farmers to access training, materials and information needed to improve their coffee yields and revitalize the coffee sector. He will be joined by Todd Carmichael and JP Iberti, the Co-Founders of LaColombe, and Tobin Bickley, the Chief Financial Officer of LaColombe.

President Clinton visits Sustainable Recycling Solutions (SRS Haiti) and makes an announcement

President Clinton will tour the plant and see the recycling process. Andrew MacCalla and Brett Williams, the Co-Founders of SRS, and Mike Shinoda, the lead singer of Linkin Park and a major investor, will join the President.

President Clinton will visit IRII, a new apparel manufacturer in SONAPI Industrial Park that invests 50% of profits into their workers, their families and the local community. The President will be joined by Joey Adler, Founder of IRII, Rob Broggi, CEO of IRII, and Jeff Lahl, Plant Manager.
