President Clinton, building on his long-term commitment to economic advancement, established the Clinton Economic Opportunity Initiative (CEO) to help families and individuals in the United States succeed and businesses in America’s underserved communities grow.
CEO advances its mission through programs that focus on two primary areas:
- The Entrepreneur Mentoring Program and the Harlem Restaurant Program promote business-to-business public service, helping entrepreneurs reach higher levels of success.
- The Financial Mainstream Program helps people access lower cost, safer financial services, and the support they need to develop and sustain good financial habits.
