Yale University and the Clinton Foundation have forged a partnership to address pressing health care needs in the Sub-Saharan African country of Ethiopia through the Ethiopian Hospital Management Initiative (EHMI). The EHMI was designed in response to the vision of Ethiopia’s Minister of Health to enhance management capacity in selected hospitals and develop a model of systemic changes that can be exported over a five-year period to all hospitals in Ethiopia.
