Caroline Sada graduated from Emmanuel College in Boston with a degree in Sociology and International Relations. She further extended her studies and now holds a MBA in International Business, PR & Marketing from the American Intercontinental University in London, England. Before returning to Haïti to help in the rebuilding process after the earthquake, Caroline worked for Estée Lauder Co. as a Manager of Retail Operations for M.A.C. cosmetics, where she managed 15 locations between the Caribbean, Cancún, Toronto and North America. She was highly praised by the Group President of Estée Lauder Co. for exceeding all sales goals for her region and launching and ensuring that the M.A.C brand remains the #1 make up brand in all of her locations. Caroline currently own 2 businesses in Haiti: Le Daily Cafe and Ayiti Natives Co which is a natural beauty line. She is an active Philanthropist who seats on the board of 3 organisations: We Advance, Hand in Hand for Haiti, Foundation to Support Education, and PRODEV.
