Omar Saeed

Partner, Hutchin Hill Captial

Omar Saeed lives in Scarsdale, New York with his wife, Kathleen, and his three children (Sam 8, Leila 8, and Cyrus 6).  He has been a partner at Hutchin Hill Capital Management for the past three years, helping oversee the investment side of the firm's business. Prior to joining Hutchin Hill, Omar ran the derivatives business at Eton Park Capital Management. Omar serves on the Board of Directors and Investment Committee of the International Rescue Committee, one of the largest humanitarian organizations in the world. Omar and his wife, Kathleen, first became involved with the IRC through funding education programs in Pakistan. Omar also has been heavily involved with Math for America and the NYC charter school movement over the past decade. 

Omar completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania, receiving a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the Moore school, a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in finance from the Wharton School, and a minor in mathematics.  Omar also walked on to the Penn tennis team.  Today he is an avid golfer and a proud youth soccer and little league baseball coach. He also finished 37th at the 2012 World Series of Poker Main Event. 

Omar and Kathleen have been longtime supporters of the Clinton Foundation, and Omar actually won the 2014 Clinton Foundation poker event in New York City!
