Rob Johnson is the director of supply chain enterprise development for the Clinton Giustra Enterprise Partnership (CGEP). In this role, Rob overseas all aspects of supply chain enterprise development, piloting, transition to enterprise, and enterprise operation for multiple enterprises in Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
Prior to his current role, Rob spent five years in Haiti working in several roles targeting supply chain and enterprise development. Rob’s first three years in Haiti were with TechnoServe, where he led assessments and strategy development in multiple value chains, raised $2M in programmatic funding and oversaw several value-chain targeted programs. Following his years at TechnoServe, Rob worked with CGEP to launch and manage Acceso Peanut Enterprise Corporation, a peanut trading company targeting thousands of famers throughout Haiti. As general manager of Acceso, Rob also oversaw piloting of CGEP’s distribution enterprise prior and raised nearly $1M in additional funding from donors to maximize social impact in the communities Acceso operates. Prior to his work in Haiti, Rob worked in business development and project management for a leading steel fabrication company in the U.S. Rob holds an M.B.A. (Honors) and Master of Science in Sustainable Development (Honors) from HEC Paris and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and speaks French and Haitian Creole.
