The firm commits to creating a toolbox for innovation acceleration that can be made available to all members of the Clinton Global Initiative in a digitally distributed, starter-kit format that will be made available at no cost to all members. We refer to innovation as 'strategic' when it allows an organization to achieve its mission, execute on its vision and fulfill its 'desired future state.' A physical innovation kit for practitioner teams will be made available to ten groups who express particular interest in using these materials to accelerate innovation, also at no cost. This toolbox will consist of such tangible items as learning materials, process templates and facilitation tools. As part of this commitment, Kao & Company will offer a one-day 'deep dive' session to two social enterprises.
Kao & Company is known for its portfolio of tools, practices and concepts that allow organizations to accelerate innovation and better achieve its objectives. It has been the firm's perception from two decades of advisory practice, that a sophisticated approach to innovation enables an enterprise to achieve ambitious, strategic goals in a more rapid, focused manner. Conversely that the absence of a sophisticated approach to innovation often leads to an organization being mired in a 'big ideas no action' mode. Our practice revolves around the importance of helping organizations move from 'getting it' to 'getting it done,' from vision to execution.
