Double Student Enrollment at Ashesi University

Commitment by

Ashesi University Foundation

In 2007, Ashesi University Foundation committed to doubling its student population to 600 students and constructing a permanent campus in Accra, Ghana. Over the last three years, Ashesi has taken steps to meet this goal by increasing enrollment from 280 students in 2007 to 430 students in 2009. Ashesi has begun construction on a new permanent campus featuring state-of-the-art educational technology and environmentally conscious designs. The new campus will help Ashesi attract top faculty, students, and administrators, as well as strengthen Ashesi's commitment to fostering a community whose ethos will inspire a new generation of ethical entrepreneurial leaders in Africa.
