Since 2001, the Clinton Foundation has worked to improve lives around the world and build upon President Clinton’s legacy of public service.
Media Forum for Global Health
In 2005, the Media Forum for Global Health (MFGH) committed to use the power of the media to enhance awareness of global health challenges affecting millions of lives each day. Through this commitment, MFGH will engage local audiences by promoting events (such as festivals and awards ceremonies) to introduce the power of the media as a tool for targeting global health issues. Forums and panels with multi-disciplinary experts will highlight the essential role media can play in changing the face of global health. MFGH will also train local individuals in regions around the world to raise awareness, educate, and dramatically improve the health landscape in different cultures.
Since 2005, MFGH produced a documentary on infectious disease risk, launched its website, and acquired over 50 international TV programs, films and PSAs for unlimited international distribution.
