Our Youth, Our Future: Partnership to End Youth Unemployment

Commitment by

King Khalid Foundation

In 2015, the King Khalid Foundation (KKF) committed to distributing more than $10 million in grant capital over three years to address the issue of youth unemployment in Saudi Arabia. To date, more than 29% of people between the ages of 16 and 29 are currently unemployed in Saudi Arabia, which is largely due to poor educational outcomes and a lack of quality training programs. Therefore, KKF’s grants will provide targeted financial and technical support to 8-10 implementing organizations, aiming to improve curriculum development, capacity building, job placement, and vocational training programs in Saudi Arabia.
