Partnership for Health in Peru
In 2007, Bon Secours Health System, Inc. committed to creating partnerships in Northern Peru with the help of the Catholic health systems and the Catholic Medical Mission Board. The organizations will help develop infrastructure and increase access to needed healthcare services in Peru. More specifically, the partnership between the Catholic Medical Mission Board (CMMB) in NYC and Bon Secours Health System was solidified in 2008, forming a collaborative network including CMMB, Caritas Internationalis, and Catholic Relief Services that works to facilitate movement of equipment, supplies and medicines into Peru.
