Visiting Professorship in International Issues
In 2006, Bill Benter committed to fund a $1 million endowment to the University of Pittsburgh for a Visiting Professorship in International Issues. The University will bring in renowned scholars with expertise in international issues affecting influential regions of the world to broaden awareness and promote international understanding in university students. The University initially will seek academics with a special interest in the Middle East to fill the professorship.
