APPROACH AND METHODOLOGY
The Center's work will include providing seminars, seminaries and seasoned female faith leaders mentors. Additionally, a formal office will be established, and an annual retreat and several mini-sessions will be provided year-round for the female faith leaders.
IMPLEMENTATION, TIMELINE, AND DELIVERABLES
The annual meeting will be held at the annual retreat each October. A part time executive director will be hired and a vision statement/strategic plan will be formulated.
Females in leadership, in general, and female faith leaders, in particular, do not receive the mentoring and life preparation skills to be competitive in the market. Through the center, a variety of services and resources will be provided
SEEKING financial resources
We need partners to be initial investors in office space, and donations especially in the area of air travel.
OFFERING best practice information
We can provide speakers for any conference, convention or corporate venue on women & leadership, or spirituality in the workplace.
