The culinary staff of 42 bar and table, the Clinton Center's award-winning on-site restaurant, lead this unique week-long summer day camp. Over four years, student chefs learn proper kitchen techniques, discuss nutritional information, visit local farms, tour the kitchens of popular chefs, and much more. Students participate in exciting food challenges throughout the week and conclude by preparing a special reception to reveal their new culinary skills to family members and guests.

One week camp fees are $350. For Clinton Center Members at the Friend Level and above, fees are $300, and for Members at the Family Level and below, fees are $325. At graduation, first-year students earn their chef jackets and culinary tools, while second, third, and fourth year students earn culinary tool sets.

Year 1 is open to all applicants, 3rd grade and older. Years 3 and 4 are open to students in 8th grade or above with basic knife skills. Note, once your student graduates from Year 4, that will mark the completion of the program and does not guarantee a 4 year Culinary Camp experience. Registration details will be announced at a later date.

Special thanks to our Culinary Camp sponsors, Ben E. Keith and Chef Works!
