The culinary staff of 42 bar and table, the Clinton Center's award-winning on-site restaurant, lead this unique week-long summer day camp. Over four years, student chefs learn proper kitchen techniques, discuss nutritional information, visit local farms, tour the kitchens of popular chefs, and much more. Students participate in exciting food challenges throughout the week and conclude by preparing a special reception to reveal their new culinary skills to family members and guests. At the graduation ceremony, they will also earn essential culinary supplies that they can use at home.
Camp fees are $325 for Clinton Presidential Center members and $375 for non-members.
Year 1 is open to all applicants, 3rd grade and older. Years 3 and 4 are open to students in 8th grade or above with basic knife skills. Note, once your student graduates from Year 4, that will mark the completion of the program and does not guarantee a 4 year Culinary Camp experience.
