“Be Our Guest” Spring Break Craft Pop-ups

This spring break, pretend you are President of the United States and join us at the Clinton Presidential Center for a special presidential craft pop-up!

The president has several different jobs, including Chief Diplomat and Ceremonial Head of State. One of the ways the president does those jobs is by working with leaders from other countries. Sometimes, presidents invite those leaders to the White House for a big meal called a state dinner. These events take a lot of planning, from the guest list to what food is served.

Visit the Clinton Center during spring break week and tour our exhibition, “Be Our Guest,” where you can get inspired by state dinners that President Bill Clinton and First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton hosted. Then sit down at our craft table to plan a tasty state dinner menu and design your one-of-a-kind presidential china for serving.
