Celebrate Jazz Appreciation Month at the Clinton Center by attending the 2014 Arkansas State Jazz Festival, featuring Tom “Bones” Malone. Held in partnership with the University of Arkansas at Monticello and the Arkansas Jazz Educators, this FREE, two-day event will be held on the east lawn of the Clinton Presidential Park and showcase the artistry of school jazz bands from across the state.
