The Prescription Opioid Epidemic: An Evidence-Based Approach

Sheldon Hall | Johns Hopkins University | Baltimore, Maryland
The Clinton Foundation's Health Matters Initiative (CHMI) and the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (JHSPH) are pleased to present a unique forum focused on elevating high-impact solutions to the nation's prescription opioid epidemic.

Building on the momentum and progress from last year's joint town hall, CHMI and JHSPH will convene thought leaders from across industries and sectors to discuss evidence-based solutions designed to address the epidemic from a holistic approach. Speakers and panelists will present recommendations from cross-disciplinary work groups focused on areas ranging from community-based prevention strategies to addiction treatment initiatives. Those in attendance will have the opportunity to engage in direct dialogue with each other as well as working-group leads through facilitated discussion modules.

In an effort to extend the opportunity to participate to the widest audience possible, those wishing to attend will be able to do so both in person or online.
Please register in advance via the form on this page if you will be attending in person or watching online. Stay tuned for further details regarding how to participate remotely.

We hope that you will be able to join us on Tuesday, November 17, 2015, 3:00 – 5:00 PM at
