Nkhoma serves as the field coordinator for the Clinton Development Initiative in Malawi, supervising a team of 11 field officers. She backstops field officers in training local smallholder farmers in setting up farmer clubs and promoting female farmer clubs, which acts as a way to increase their role in decision making. She further supports the project manager in developing and sustaining sound working relationships with in-country project partners. Nkhoma holds a diploma in Rural and Community Development and certificates in Cooperatives Management and Financial Accounting. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Rural and Community Development.
