In 1980, while still in his senior year at the University of Denver, Noel Ginsburg founded Intertech Plastics. Intertech Plastics is now the largest custom injection molding manufacturer in Colorado. Intertech is comprised of 4 divisions: Intertech Plastics, Intertech Medical, Intertech Brands and Intertech Solutions. Intertech Medical, a contract manufacturer serving the medical device and disposable market was purchased and created from Image Molding in July of 2013. The company employs over 200 people and operates twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
Throughout his career, Ginsburg has been active in many community organizations, volunteering frequently, and is currently the founding chair of the Colorado Advanced Manufacturing Alliance. The Alliance is focused on building manufacturing and manufacturing jobs in the State of Colorado. In addition, Ginsburg has served as the board chair and general campaign chair of the Mile High United Way. Ginsburg was among the founding board members and is a past President of the Colorado I Have a Dream Foundation. Ginsburg and his wife Leslie have sponsored 42 inner city children through the Colorado I Have a Dream Foundation. Ginsburg was a business major at University of Denver, and graduated from the Owner/President Management Program of the Graduate School of Business, at Harvard University.
