Official Rules & Restrictions for Beatlemania Sweepstakes

GENERAL INFORMATION. The sponsor of the Beatlemania Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is the Clinton Foundation, 1200 President Clinton Avenue, Little Rock, AR 72201 (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes will begin on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. Central time (“CT”), and will end on Sunday, February 19 at 5:00 p.m. CT (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to shorten or extend the Sweepstakes Period at any time. Odds of being selected as a winner depend upon number of eligible entries received. 
ELIGIBILITY. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the continental United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period. 
TO ENTER. Entries may be made in person at the Clinton Presidential Center and must include your full name, phone number, and e-mail address. Alternatively, you may mail a 3” x 5” postcard with your name, email address (if you have one) and telephone number to “Beatlemania Sweepstakes” Choctaw Building, 1200 President Clinton Avenue, Little Rock, AR 72201. Entries must be received (including those that are mailed) by Sunday, February 19, 2017 at 5:00 p.m., and the drawing will be held on or by Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at the Clinton Presidential Center. Limit one entry per person, regardless of method.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. On or by Wednesday, February 22, 2017, the potential Winners (as defined below) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The Sponsors will make two (2) attempts to notify the potential Winners via the phone number and/or email address provided at the time of entry. If potential Winners cannot be reached, the Sponsor will select another entrant at random.
After potential Winners are selected, s/he will be required to complete and return an acknowledgement of winning the Sweepstakes.
PRIZE. There will be one (1) first prize (“First Prize”) awarded to an entrant chosen at random and one (1) second prize (“Second Prize”) awarded to an entrant chosen at random both of whom otherwise complies with these Official Rules (“Winners”). First Prize will consist of the following:  Four (4) admission tickets to the Clinton Presidential Center, Lunch for four (4) at Forty Two, and a Beatles merchandise collection from the Clinton Museum Store (including a tote bag, lunch box, coffee mug, and, ornament.) The approximate retail value of this opportunity is $150. Second Prize will consist of the following:  a Beatles merchandise collection from the Clinton Museum Store (including a tote bag, lunch box, coffee mug, and, ornament.) The approximate retail value of this opportunity is $48. No substitution or cash alternative is available to Winners.
DISPUTES. The Sweepstakes is governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Arkansas. If any controversy or claim is not otherwise resolved through direct discussions or mediation, it shall then be resolved by final and binding arbitration. The remedy for any claim shall be limited to actual damages, and in no event shall any party be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential, or incidental damages, including attorney’s fees or other such related costs of bringing a claim, or to rescind this agreement or seek injunctive or any other equitable relief.  
CONDITIONS. By entering, each entrant agrees for the entrant, Guest, and their heirs, executors, and administrators, to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, their directors, officers, employees and agents from any liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with this opportunity; attests that s/he is of majority age; and confirms that s/he has adhered to all laws applicable to him/her with respect to the entrance and participation in this opportunity.  The Winners agree that the Sponsor may publicize Winners’ name, image, voice, and/or likeness, and a description of the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor is not obligated to compensate Winners for any publicity.
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, or any other social media forum. By participating, you hereby release and hold harmless Facebook and Twitter from any and all liability associated with the Sweepstakes. Information provided in connection with the Sweepstakes is being provided to the Sponsors and not to Facebook or Twitter. No express warranties or implied warranties are created by entry. The Sponsor is not responsible for computer, software, network, or transmission problems or late, lost, or misdirected entries or other submission errors. In the event that Winners engage in behavior that (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) is inappropriate, threatening or unlawful, the Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Prize .
All national, federal, state and local laws and regulations governing such opportunities shall apply.  EMPLOYEES OF THE SPONSOR AND ANY OF ITS AFFILIATED ENTITIES, PROGRAMS AND INITIATIVES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE.

All requests must be received by February 28, 2017. Please note on the front left-hand corner of the outer envelope whether you are requesting “Rules” or the name of the “Winner.”  Vermont residents may omit return postage if requesting a set of Official Rules and Restrictions.
