The Hillary Rodham Clinton Leadership Project is a newly established initiative at the Clinton Foundation dedicated to strengthening democracy, advancing the health and rights of women and girls, and empowering a new generation of leaders.
Chaired by Secretary Clinton, the Hillary Rodham Clinton Leadership Project serves as the home for her ongoing and future nonprofit endeavors and advocacy work. Our initial focus is on piloting and supporting nonpartisan efforts that further the priorities she has championed as First Lady, Senator, Secretary of State, presidential nominee, and global advocate — and starting the planning process to build a permanent Hillary Rodham Clinton Institute.
I have never let challenges – even seemingly insurmountable ones – stop me before, and I know you haven’t either. I know how frightening it is to face hate and indifference. I know how overwhelming it is to be confronted by threats of climate change, global pandemics, and attacks on our democracy.
But it is up to us to look at these challenges and not be paralyzed by them – but be propelled to act. The stakes of inaction are too great – and the world we have the potential to build together is too beautiful – to sit on the sidelines.
