Curbside Couture

On Sunday, June 5, the Clinton Center hosted its 11th Curbside Couture. The popular “green” fashion show featured extraordinary designs made from recycled and upcycled materials created by third through twelfth grade students.

Curbside Couture 2022 WAS sponsored by Friends of Patrick and Christian J. Prowant.

The fashion show was the product of months of hard work by student designers and guidance from educators and mentors. Participants had the opportunity to attend a mentoring session with acclaimed designers, including Korto Momolu, first runner-up in Project Runway’s fifth season, and the Clinton Center’s own Connie Fails. Winning designs were chosen by a panel of jurors, and winning designers are awarded a cash prize.
