MEDIA ADVISORY: Clinton Center Welcomes Coca-Cola Collectors
WHAT:
The Clinton Center will host a Coca-Cola Collectors’ Convention on Saturday, January 23. Collectors are encouraged to bring their Coca-Cola items to the Center where Ted Ryan, Director of Heritage Communications for The Coca-Cola Company, will provide historical context and appraise each item. All items have to pass through the Clinton Presidential Library’s security desk prior to entering the convention space. Suggested items include: publications, original art work, calendars, posters, commemorative bottles, toys, signs, etc.

Additionally, the Center welcomes children of all ages to participate in free activities, including “Recreate an Original,” an opportunity to become part of Normal Rockwell’s original paintings, Out Fishin’ and Barefoot Boy.
The Coca-Cola Collectors’ Convention and the family activities are FREE; however, regular admission fees apply to tour the Library and the current temporary exhibit, Coca-Cola: An American Original.
