MEDIA ADVISORY: Clinton Center Honors Veterans With a Free Admission Day

WHAT:

In celebration of Veterans Day, the Clinton Presidential Center will honor retired military personnel and their families with free admission on Friday, November 11, 2016.

Active duty military personnel always receive free admission to the Clinton Center.  

EVEN MORE:

The Center’s current temporary exhibit, Ladies and Gentlemen… The Beatles!, explores the impact The Beatles’ arrival had on American pop culture, including fashion, art, advertising, media, and music.  More than 400 pieces of memorabilia, including records, rare photographs, tour artifacts, videos, and instruments are on display throughout the Clinton Center.  The Beatles! also includes a sing-along booth where guests can record their own version of “Yellow Submarine” with Ringo Starr. Additionally, Clinton Center guests can recreate the iconic “Abbey Road” album cover as they walk in front of a giant wall graphic of the famous striped street scene. Both interactive experiences are offered at no additional charge and guests are encouraged to share their Beatles moments via social media. Ladies and Gentlemen…The Beatles! closes on April 2, 2017.
