Press Release: Clinton Presidential Center Tops 300,000 Annual Attendance Goal

The Clinton Presidential Center exceeded its 300,000 annual attendance goal in less than 200 days. Since opening on Novemer 18, 2004 the Clinton Center has attracted visitors from all 50 states, the District of Columbia and at least 95 countries. The Center is located in a 30 acre city park in Little Rock's Rivermarket Entertainment District. Adjacent to and easily accessible from Interstate 30, it is within walking distance of hotels, restaurants, retail shopping and other museums. Approximately 55 percent of the adult visitors are from outside of Arkansas.

The Clinton Center features interactive exhibits and replicas of the Oval Office and the White House Cabinet Room. Also on display through December 31st is the special exhibit “A World of Music”which illustrates President Clinton's love of music and the impact it had on him. Among the many highlights of the new music display include items from President Clinton's personal collection of Elvis Presley memorabilia and a Lucille guitar signed by B.B. King and other performers.
