Statement: On Northern Ireland

I applaud Sinn Fein's vote to grant its leaders the authority to support the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) and the criminal justice system. It is a historic step that should lead to the restoration of power sharing and steady progress toward lasting peace and stability for all the people of Northern Ireland.
