Three decades ago, President Bill Clinton made history by signing the Family and Medical Leave Act into law. It was the very first piece of legislation he signed. He knew that in the United States of America no one should have to choose between the job they need and the family they love. On February 2, President Clinton met with President Biden at the White House and spoke of stories of countless Americans whose families were strengthened by the Family and Medical Leave Act.
