Friday, February 7: Chef Andre’s Hometown Favorites

Clinton Presidential Center Executive Chef Andre Poirot hails from La Bresse (region of Alsace-Lorraine). This dinner will feature family recipes and anecdotes of traditional French cooking, paired with regional wine selections.
