This week, the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) held the inaugural convening of the CGI Advisory Council, in advance of the CGI 2023 Meeting this September 18-19.

The CGI Advisory Council is a diverse group of recognized global leaders in their fields with demonstrated records of working across sectors and geographies to advance social impact. Members of the Advisory Council will support the work of CGI by providing feedback and insights that will help to orient CGI’s goals and activities for 2023 and beyond, championing and amplifying CGI’s efforts within their unique networks, and engaging CGI’s community of doers at a high level.

Greg Milne, CEO of the Clinton Global Initiative, underscored the importance of the Advisory Council’s work. “The broad and diverse expertise of this group, across the private sector and civil society, will help CGI continue to focus on the most relevant and critical global challenges,” said Milne. “The impact of our programs and our commitment-makers is stronger because of their engagement.”
