Since 2001, the Clinton Foundation has worked to improve lives around the world and build upon President Clinton’s legacy of public service.
The Ethos Alliance
In 2009--Richard Goldman, the founder of the newly created Ethos Alliance, committed to is build a coalition of like-minded people who wanted to improve the condition of water and the rainforest in South America (specifically Ecuador) in regions that have been effected by oil exploration. Every day that passes, more oil and remnants from drilling are being leached into the water supply. This commitment aimed to turn the Ethos Alliance into a sustainable non-profit organization that would address the oil-related environmental problems in South America and appeal to the polluters to start fixing the problem.
